Hi,
The announcement below might be of interest to the PD community. Although
the course is not exclusively dedicated to computer music, there will be
excellent scope and support for audio/computer music-related projects
involving interaction.
Regards,
Dr P Brolli

The University of Plymouth, in the UK, has the pleasure to announce the
creation of an innovative new international Masters course in Interactive
Intelligent Systems.
The Masters addresses the increasing need for the development of innovative
computing and IT systems that demand different approaches to systems design
and interaction. Students are introduced to the latest developments in
interface design and artificial intelligence, and they will acquire the
necessary know-how to develop radically innovative systems that require
sophisticated human-computer interaction
The course links theory with practice, with a high commitment to project
work. Students are encouraged to develop practical projects involving
bio-signal interfaces, artificial life, pervasive computing, mobile systems,
telematics, semantic web, new musical controllers and computer games, to
cite but a few.
