There is such a thing as an inter-library loan request. You fill out a form at the BL, they ask York if they can loan it and they post it down to London for a couple of weeks. It usually costs a fair bit, maybe 20 or more. But better than asbestosis.
I might forward this to some folk in case anyone knows of a copy near London.

Wondering if you might know of anyone with a copy? Or any way I might be able to get a look at one? I have followed the advice of the British Library and checked www.copac.ac.uk which tells me that the Royal College of Music & York both have copies. The SAE library unfortunately does not have one.
