i joined those lists but alot of it is over my head right now, but i am trying I git'ed the pd-for-android stuff and did an ndk-build which seems to have worked then i did /home/dw/Downloads/android-sdk-linux_x86/tools/android update project -p . -t android-12
to update the build.xml then an ant compile gives me

I don't know of a HOWTO, beyond just install the .apk like anyone Android .apk.

Yes, its a fully working Pd minus the Tcl/Tk GUI. Externals are also possible, you just have to build them for Android.

As far as I know this is not the full Pd (including tcl/tk guis etc.) I think that Hans means that Pd runs on the device as a library embedded in other applications. If I am wrong I would love to hear about it!

Full Pd for Android is here now and working as well as a sound app can on Android. Android 3.1 is very new, so you're on the cutting edge. If you haven't already, I'd build the apps from source and try that. Otherwise, there needs to be some fixes for 3.1
