I wrote a basic [readdir] at one point -- source is available at:

I've got to get this and the rest of my externals into cvs at some point, but have simply been too lazy to do it. Sorry about that.

any chance of compiling [readdir] for osx? a binary would be wicked but i'll settle for a makefile or whatever is needed ;) r

afaik, [readdir] ought to compile for osx -- it contains some tweaks from an old makefile & configure.in from another external (sprinkler, I think) originally submitted by Adam Lindsay; i've never tried to compile for osx myself (no machine), but i don't really anticipate any problems. if anyone has a binary, i'm happy to host it and/or link to it...
