Hi all! When reading from a soundfile into an array using the soundfiler object, is it possible to automatically:
(as it is done by sinesum, cosinesume array messages)? If any of these tasks can't be automagically done while loading the file I guess I should carry out them by means of an adequate wave editor. Which one do you suggest? (I often use soundforge but it just doesn't seem the right tool for simple tasks as 1, 2) Thank you in advance. Regards, Carlos
i havnt tested it so i cant speak of hiow well it works, but readanysf~ seems to support automatic resampling on sound file read.

hi list, i was wondering if there is a way of display google images in the gem window.
I want to make a patch that display google pics as textures for gem 3d structures ... for example if i put the word "house" in my patch , it looks for 5 house pics in google and then display them in a my gem window. Any ideas???
many thanks
siggmus
use the [shell] object on linux (and mac os x?) to run wget and some scripts to do the nessesary parsing of the google output to have wget download the pics into a temporary directory that your pd patch reads the image files from.
