Anyway, I did not find it. Can we have a reload button + hotkey that reloads and reinitializes the whole instrument with all the subpatches? I am finding myself constantly closing and reopening my current synthpatch.
Or is there a more convinient way to do it? Is it possible to send a commandline to an already opened instance of pd?
thanks
Andreas

Why?

If you only need to reload an abstraction, PD does it when you change the abstraction's arguments. This even works, when you in fact do not change the arguments. Just adding a space after the name, that PD will delete anyways, is sufficient.

I think it would be nice if all instances of an abstraction would change when one instance was changed (maybe upon closing its window). This would make editing polyphonic instruments less of a hassle - currently it seems you have to manually reload all instances, either by adding a space in the box or reloading an abstraction containing them.
