Hi everybody, I just became a member of this list.
I recently downloaded the externals from cvs. When I try to compile flext, I get this error:
g++ -c -O2 -DFLEXT_SYS=2 -fPIC -I../../build/include -I./source
source/flout.cpp -o pd-linux/flout.ro
source/flout.cpp: In member function bool flext_base_single::InitInlets()': source/flout.cpp:117: error:
class_settip' undeclared (first use this
function)
source/flout.cpp:117: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported
only once
for each function it appears in.)
source/flout.cpp:177: error: inlet_settip' undeclared (first use this function) make[1]: *** [pd-linux/flout.ro] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory
/root/pd-cvs/externals/grill/flext'
make: *** [build-stamp] Error 2
Am I missing some library or something? Anybody has an idea of whta may be going wrong? I'm using debian unstable. Thanks in advance...
cheers rodrigo
Hi Rodrigo, apparently you are compiling against the headers of the development version of PD. When doing so you should be sure to have the latest version.
best greetings, Thomas
