Hello!
I'm new in this forum, and not very experienced with pdata. I don't know if this is possible, but I would like to get some information on how the real-time operation is implemented in pdata. I'm involved in a project for the University of Oporto Mostly, and my task is to add real-time support to an event-driven multimedia application that is currently operating in a best-effort phylosophy. I'd like to know something about the following issues:
any information would be appreciated
Thank you
Luis
Hi Luis, i guess the papers of Roger Dannenberg on aspects of the Aura system could be of use for you: http://www-2.cs.cmu.edu/~rbd/bib-interactiveperformance.html
best greetings, Thomas
