1 - try second outlet of vcf~
2 - This can be accomplished with readsf~ and tabwrite~ so I don't think a dedicated object is necessary.

2nd outlet of vcf~ is a resonant lowpass ???? I just tried, and it seems to look that way. is that a new development? there doesn't seem to be much info on that...
I realized it a year ago or so... technically it's the imaginary part of a one-pole complex filter, but looking at the spectrum it's a resonant lowpass :)

looks like it's supposed to be a bandpass output based on a pd-list post from 12(!) years ago. i can't believe there's still no coverage in the help file this many years later...
