Is anyone using PD on Centrino laptops (Windows or Linux - specially on DEMUDI 1.2.1 or Debian Sarge)? I'm interested on a HP-dv4165 but am not shure about the portability. I was thinking about do some patches with a lot of delay and audio signals to measure the latency in diferent configurations... Anyway, I would apreciate to read the report of others that are working with Centrino and PD (specially on linux). Thanks, Zé.

I use a Centrino laptop with Pd on a Debian/Ubuntu/Agnula-mix machine. No problems, works very well. I'm especially fond of the G900 gfx chip.

hi zé
i use a centrino-laptop 1.7Gh (with winxp, though) and i could run about 900 [osc~]s without clicks. i thinks this quite ok (same test on 1.7GHz P4 (linux[debian 2.6.10]/win2000): about 290 [osc~]s)
