Hello Pd'ers
I was wondering whether anybody who, like myself, got a P5 glove been doing any patching with it? I've been working with it for a bit now and having loads of fun. Currently im working on a patch that allows me to control a simple delay with the p5, creating all kinds of wonderfull feedback scapes :) Ive been trying to figure out the best way to filter out slow changes in finger bends, so that for example an 'attack' only gets triggerd when I bend a finger fast, and not when im bending it slow, or the other way around. Has anybody figured out a way to do that yet?
Cheers Anton

Hello Patrick,
are you working on xp, linux or mac? cause, there is no
Win2k actually :)
but there is some applications on xp : http://www.11h11.com/hugodini/projects/p5midipd.htm
I had seen that url, unfortunatly only the patch that uses fournell's driver actually does soemthing cool :). Personally I think the patch that takes the midi data and sends it, is needlessly complex, but maybe im missing the point of it.

I would build an external using this free library: http://www.evillabs.net/~jmcc/p5/
hi marc!
thanks for this, i wasn't aware of this project! right now i'm busy trying to build an external of artoolkit for pd. maybe, i'll go for an open sound control solution for artoolkit cause it's a little complex for me.
