hello, I have followed the readme in the iemlib folder to the line and when i run pd all i get is a white canvase. no objects, no numbers, no symbols, nothing. I'm running pd.v35 test 17. Has anyone else had this problem? it seems that the pd.tk from the iemlib is funky somewhere, but i don't know where. -mark.k

You don't need to use the pd.tk from iemlib anymore, as the iemgui objects are now (since late 0.34 I think) a standard part in PD.

also for the same reason, you should no longer load the iemgui lib in your startup script, as that redundancy will crash pd.
installation doc update, perhaps?

yes i had this problem on one debian box - though with sometimes even stranger results. seemed also to make my gui defunct on a later test [26] also. seemed to be a pd.tk thing though never got around to looking at it - footils.org's *.deb package arrived just in time and gives me no problem on that machine..damned fooghosts i reckon..
