Quick hack would be to press the 'alt' key, 'grab' anywhere on the window and bring the window down.

Hi,
since pd 0.48-2, when I open from Pd some helpfiles or tutorials, the title bar of the opened patch is above the upper border of my screen. I cannot access it.
example :
2.control.examples/01.PART1.hello.pd
The same occurs with Pd 0.49-0test3
(fresh downloaded and compiled today, lubuntu 64 bits 18.04.1 LTS )
