So I am in the processing of figuring out how to manually edit
"scalars" (core part of Pd data structures). I was wondering whether
anyone knew if there is a way to create new breakpoints when editing
"scalars" with the GUI.

hi Hans-Christoph,
if you want to insert new array elements, then open props window and edit the text inside. If you want to create new scalars, then duplicate, or copy-paste, those that you have in a patch already.

Yeah, I know you can create breakpoints/array elements in the text editor, I was wondering whether there is a way to do it with the mouse, like Ctrl-clicking.
