i don't seem to be a hacker and i'm afraid i can't create it by myself.
may i modify any similar *.enc file ? or it is a hard nut for a non-programmer person ?

you need to force Pd into a proper font too (and there is the input problem...)
but where can i get it ?
any tcl distribution should have it, or you can get from sf:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/tcl/tcl/library/encoding/iso8859-5.enc
(just checked it -- wroks on my xp)
