Does anyone know of a good rpm for mandrake 9.1, so that I can run pd using the "-stream" command for the motherboard es-1371 sound driver? I want to get ALSA and Jack eventually, but for now it would be nice to get some results while I learn more about rebuilding the kernal. Please help a Windoz trying to build his first Linux PD box.

H.C. Steiner has been harassing me for a while for that RPM. I do have a 0.37 rpm for Mandrake 9.1, that I built last week. I intend to upload it to the CVS before the end of the month (soon) In the meanwhile, get ready by following these advices:
