Hello,
and thanks for the answers Derek and Olivier. I still have problems:
pack0SC-help.pd should contain everything you need to know about bundles, accessible through the help browser in 5.reference/mrpeach
Unfortunately, I cannot find the mrpeach in the 5.reference folder. Neither does doc/5.reference/oscx exist. I downloaded Extended from http://downloads.sourceforge.net/pure-data/Pd-0.40.3-extended-macosx104-i386... But it does not contain the help files. Also the help menu item crashes PD.
Could you please point me to the full URL for pd with mpreach, and to a URL for the documentation that you mentioned?

Hello,
How to send OSC messages in bundles? Is there a help file for sendOSC? Also, is there somewhere a downloadable set of help files for PD that covers most objects? All of the documentation that I could find on the internet does not contain any examples for objects such as sendOSC, dumpOSC, OSCroute.
You should use mrpeach's objects for bundles and OSC in a general mamner. They are in pd-extended as well as in subversion.
Dont mix up (like I used to ) OSCroute which belongs to OSCx with routeOSC, packOSC and unpackOSC which belong to mrpeach.
pack0SC-help.pd should contain everything you need to know about bundles, accessible through the help browser in 5.reference/mrpeach
Cheers,

hello
probably the best place to find a recent and the most recent stable version of pd and pd-extended is:
http://puredata.info/downloads
afaik, the version with the help-browser problem is an outdated one.
good luck roman

the link you gave actually points to the sourceforge download, so
iannis should actually have the most recent stable version. (afaik,
hans doesn't bother to put unstable versions or release-candidates on
sourceforge)
iannis, please file a bug-report under
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pure-data
in the meantime, you can directly download the help-patches from
https://pure-data.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pure-data/trunk/externals/mrpe...

Thanks for all the replies. The svn download worked, so that is good enough for me at the moment. But I am not sure the plain osx download is the full version that you suggest.

i am not sure what you mean by that. the link i gave you points to the authorative repository of mrpeach/osc (afaik); this means, that you cannot get a fuller version. however, the svn does not contain binaries (that is: the objects-files themselves) as these can be generated from the information provided.
sorry if this is a bit too patronizing.
