Hello, I just learned about the wonderful 'coll' object in pd, but when ever I attempt to create it on my computer, i get the classic "this program has encounterd a problem and needs to close" message. I am on the latest version of pd in Windows XP. Also, does anyone know how to invoke the properties menu in the 'grid' object for windows?
Many many thanks, Owen C.

the trick is to recompile the newest (linux only) grid source for windows as the one which is available for windows was only for pd 0.36.
anyway, i don't (and will never) support windows myself.
ciao, sevy
hi,
apropos coll -- it has been further modified (i.e. the version currently in cvs). Hopefully, the changes should not break existing patches, unless there are patches depending on the former traversal semantics. Until alpha47, 'prev, next' incompatibly produced a repetition, which is now corrected, so that by alternating 'next' and 'prev' one gets an alternating output.
The main change is importing coll's embedded contents (same for tables, funbuffs and probs).
