hi thomas and the rest,
I've just revisited vasp but I run into lots of trouble, flext and vasp cvs update today morning didn't help much whatever example I try I get several
convolve 1 0 27 0 (vasp.frames?->text) connection failed convolve 5 0 20 0 (text->vasp.radio) connection failed convolve 22 0 26 0 (text->text) connection failed convolve 24 0 22 0 (canvas->text) connection failed convolve 25 0 22 1 (canvas->text) connection failed
. .
and similar messages, whatever I try out immediately segfaults that is debian-ppc unstable on a g4
any hints ?
x
Hi Chris, does this mean that you can't create any vasp object? ( i assume the vasp library does load normally)
The combination of linux and PPC is completely untested, but _should_ nevertheless work. I'll see what could go wrong but i'm not sure if i have a solution shortly.
greetings, T
