hello, startup path preferences is limited to ten entries, but you can use a startup script, for adding other pathes (.bat on win32, .pdrc or .pdsettings on linux, something else on mac), there also is [declare] since pd-0.40 :
[declare -path /your/path/is/here]

On Mac OS X, you can also use .pdrc for startup flags.
