The simplest way to do this is to make the rendering go orthogonal, instead of perspective based. Look in gem_advanced/gemOrtho for a sample.

I was wondering has anyone tried to simply plot points on screen using gem, I am interested in creating fractal images in real-time and I can't seem to plot a simple points on the gem window. I'm sure there is a way of simply plotting the X Y coordinates of where I want the dot to be placed on screen, however I have not been able to find the right objects to do this? Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
Regrads, Rory.

Thanks Mark for the suggestion I looked at the example but I still don't see how this can help me. Is there a simple way I can get a yellow dot for example to appear at a given set of XY coordinates on the screen? I'm thinking the simplest way possible will do me?
