i dont remember what type of errors i was getting but i was something strange happening with the audio, maybe i did not get any audio out device or something like that.

i had that problem a month ago, i had to edit the registry, but after that something went funny with PD and i think i ended up deleting all registry entries bout pd and reinstalling it.
