hello thomas,
ok, you're right, there is only few very simple exemple of pmpd. but in fact, i think all pmpd exemples are simple :-)
but yes, you nead to have a good knowledge of pd / gem before tring pmpd.
making more simple exemples is not really on my todo list. but if someone make some, i'll be very happy to add them on the exemple set. :-)
Nicolas should focus on other aspect of physical modeling. mainly the integration with pd (and datastructure).
anyway, i'll also be very happy if you can upload somewhere video, sound or images of your instalation.
thanks Cyrille

Excellent! I worked with pmpd and it is great. Here is a first comment : make more simple examples before the complex ones, like two masses and one link (with everything visible in Gem). Pmpd is VERY hard to learn, but VERY powerfull (the interactions is even harder). I have an installation running with pmpd and will post the code if there is interest.

hello,
thanks to La kitchen and Ircam, Nicolas will work on pmpd for the next 4 mounths. He is an Ircam student doing is train at La kitchen.
He will focuss on the pmpd object, tring to make it more usable, make some exemples, and try to make the integration with data structure.
if time allows it, he will also work on pmpd~.
so, if anybody have idea regarding pmpd, it's time to share it...
i think i'll make an official release of the work done at the beggining of the summer. if someone is interested with the work in progress, please contact Nicolas.
Frank, i hope you've got things to share with Nicolas, he already made good use of you data structure tutorial...
