Hi all,
having not put out a release for IRIX in some time, I've make Pd 0.34 TEST 4 available for SGI people. This time I managed to compile both for o32 and n32...
Also, for anyone wanting to synchronize with me, I've put out Pd 0.34 test 4 for linux in tar.gz form.
I'm planning to make some major revisions now, so 0.34 proper may be quite different from this test version...
Get em at http://crca.ucsd.edu/~msp/software.html
cheers Miller

before i get in troubles: does pd 32 or 33 (looks like 34 need some tuning...) compiles already with alsa 0.9xxx or better to stay with alsa0.5xxxx
Off-topic-consumer complaint: Alsa is great but at this point i start to wonder if six months will pass without me having to recompile all my sound apps...because new alsa version has a totally different API + not backward compatible....
ciao,
marco

Yep, Pd 033 "patch 2" should work with either flavor of ALSA. If you get the ".tar.gz" version, do ./configure -help in the source directory.
I'm running 0.9 at the moment myself.
Sounds like I'd better look into 0.34 performance... I must be doing something very wrong...!
