I was wondering, when I tell Gem to go fullscreen, and Im using [key] in my patch to destroy the window, [key] wont register keypress. Why is that? Im running WinXP and pd 0.37.
Thanks for the help! An thanks for the great Gem library!

Hi, this happens, because the focus jumps to the gem-window and the patch window does not accept your keys anymore. You have to change to the patch window (alt+tab) and then use your keys. Maybe the GEM window can also record your keyboard input, hmm, dont know. Marius.

probably with [gemkeyname] ? however there are 2 drawbacks with [gemkeyname]: a) up till now, the keynames you will get are OS-specific ! b) it might not work in fullscreen-mode (i guess this is - again - more a problem of the windowmanager, and i have tested this only under linux)

Personally I use the "right-click" in the gem-window to destroy.
you can use gemmouse to get this event on XP.
