Hi,
I know, Pd's site is http://puredata.info and http://pure-data.org was grabbed from us a long time ago. But what about http://puredata.org (no dash)? I get a spam-site there as well. Do you, too? Or does this site redirect to puredata.info?
Frank
puredata.org is mapped to the same IP address as puredata.info.
puredata.org still shows up as owned by A.A.J. van de Ven <vandeven@educa.com
and run off of mydomain.com. IMHO, it should be transferred to IEM
to be an official domain.

Hi,
well, for me from Germany it isn't redirecting properly, but I checked from a different server now (footils.org), and there it is. So probably some strange thing happening with my provider's DNS. Sorry for interrupting.

so "puredata.org" resolves to 193.170.191.182 which is in fact the IP-address of "puredata.info" (the machine that sits in iem's server room). there is no re-direction involved, its proper "A record" direction.
