Hi, i was trying out some message scheduling on a remote linux machine without audio support. It seems that PD has no idea of timing in case there is no audio.... i think this is really weak and there should be some kind of dummy timebase i such situations... or is there another workaround?
best greetings, Thomas
hi thomas,
I read:

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do but pd works like a charm -noaudio -nogui for message based things (including time based objects) on remote machines for me.
take care,

i just realized that delay and co. work as they should - i'm probably misusing some PD API function in my external object... i'll investigate.
many thanks, Thomas
