Hi,
I recently came across an example patch that uses in a message box
the rather interesting command "sinesum". Checking the text search
engine of the pd list archives gave me some quick answers, however my
question is
"how can I know which commands exist?"
I mean, nowhere in any available documentation that I could get hold
of I found a hint that "sinesum" actually exists.
Is there any document that list available commands? I would be glad
to have a look at it.
Best J
have you tried to click that command? You may find some help file about that object, or how that object was built. Or probably right click it, and choose help, it might be helpful. As far as finding the list of available command, i can't help it, i still search it manually on the Pd folder :)

Well, "sinesum" is not an object, it's a message that the [table] and "array" objects understand. Probably a search through pdpedia could find it, but other than that, I can only recommend to read all the tutorial patches (and the HTML manual) several times. ("sinesum" is in 2.control.examples/15.array.pd)
