You'll find the offical sources here: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/pure-data/externals/OSCx/
You need a compiler (MS Visual Studio 6),if you want to change the sources only. Otherwise you can use the (AFAIK) latest version (0.3) from: http://iem.at/~majdak/download/OSC/OSC4pd_CVS_0.3.zip
(In this package all sources are included, as well)

Hi Piotr,
thank you for your work (that will hopefully finally allow me to run OSC with my patches).
However, in the zip file you linked (second link below) the /doc folder is missing (although mentioned in the readme.txt). I downloaded the files from he sourceforge link (assuming they are compatible) but you might want to update the package.
