You can now use Pd-extended on Windows in many different languages! I didn't realize this until just now, but the Windows builds of Pd-extended were not including the translations. I fixed that so Pd-extended should include all of the different interface translations on Windows too. Please test this if you are using a computer in a language other than United States English (there are Canadian and Great Britain localizations as well).

Japanese has just joined the team of 100%.
Only the following two were remaining.
Please point out if what seemed straight forward, was untouched for any historical reasons I was not aware of.
P.S. I've been away from the list for a while... Hope all of you are well.
Hey David, glad to see you back here! And thanks for the contribution. I think those two were added after the previous translator had translated 100% of what was there before.

Hi, Thank you Shimamoto-san. I really appreciate your contribution for the completes. After the finishing Japanese translation last February I did not look them back. I am not sure whether the translation of functions or messages around Linux are correct because I only use Mac OSX. If you find anything weird, please fix them.

Hi,
I tested Pd-extended0.43.4-20130105 on Japanese Windows8. However, it looks the localization is not affected, it is still English menu. Do I have to do something to make localization(Japanese menu) working?
Best,

Hi Hans,
I see and look forward next update.
set LANG=ja "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\pd\bin\pd"
At the moment, I test this and see Japanese menu is working on Windows8. However, I find some parts are strange indications not as same as English Windows menu does. I do a quick report.
-Under the "Put" menu, indication of "Array" is swapped with "(use arrow keys for history)" in Japanese. If I click it, it works fine. (also on Mac OSX Japanese) -In Pd Window, indication of "Log:" is swapped with "Draw as:". (also on Mac OSX Japanese)
Compared with Version 20121211, these have been changed through the updating. I guess some confusions were happened at any points.
Best,
Sei

Hey Sei,
I just double-checked in transifex, it seems that they are switched there. If you make updates in transifex to fix anything, I'll make sure those updates get included. Right now the only thing left is to finalize the translations.
I checked the differences and made any obvious corrections, I think I found all the glitches. Here's the list of what I corrected:
msgid "----------dimensions(pix):-----------" -msgstr "水平ラジオボタン" +msgstr "-------表示サイズ(pix):-------"
msgid "Array" -msgstr "(履歴には矢印キーを使用)" +msgstr "アレイ"
msgid "Background" -msgstr "表示領域のY値(ピクセル):" +msgstr "背景"
msgid "Log:" -msgstr "描き方:" +msgstr "ログ:"
msgid "Stretch" -msgstr "Arrayを含ませる:" +msgstr "拡張"

Hi, Thank you Shimamoto-san. I really appreciate your contribution for the completes. After the finishing Japanese translation last February I did not look them back. I am not sure whether the translation of functions or messages around Linux are correct because I only use Mac OSX. If you find anything weird, please fix them.
Cheers,

Please point out if what seemed straight forward, was untouched for any historical reasons I was not aware of.
P.S. I've been away from the list for a while... Hope all of you are well.
