Hi!
i have just have made this patch (enclosed), but it shows a completely black window.
No problems to see a single .jpg.
Windows XP and Quicktime installed.

check out [pix_film] instead of [pix_movie] and try the helppatch of it. confusing because there is no celluloid involved.

also confusing because film and movie are largely synonymous. Still not as confusing as canvases (patchers) vs the [cnv] object.

here it is the same, but i don't have clock.avi :-)
i thought the docs are very clear about this: NEVER EVER use [pix_draw] unless you know what you are doing and why you are doing it.
ALWAYS use texturing. [pix_movie] does automatic texturing (as opposed to [pix_film] where you need a [pix_texture] object for this); but you need something to texture on. [pix_draw] is something else.
see the help-patches for [pix_movie], [pix_film] and [pix_texture].
