zexys >~, ==~, etc. objects are not created (for example in the zexy help patches). i found this is already marked as 'open' in the bugtracker, but only fort osx. it happens here in ubuntu 9.04 too.

seems like "hexloader" is compiled without the "DL_OPEN" define set; thus it fails to call the setup-function of the hexloaded externals.
the hexloader Makefile does set this correctly, but obviously it does not get set with the PdX build-system

This fix should make the hexloader compile correctly for Pd-extended:

But in order to use it, it needs to be loaded first. Its not loaded
by default in Pd-extended. Please test this in tomorrow's builds.
