hi,
i've just downloaded py, tried to run it and get a message about needing the python23.dll. i only have python 2.4 should this work? where is it looking for the dll, in my system directory, in the python dir or the pd dir? and will moving/renaming the python24.dll file work? or should i just download an older python?
thanks
pete

Hi Pete, do you use the prebuilt binary version? If you have a compiler, you can download the source distribution (or even better flext and py from cvs), change the config file accordingly (readme.txt) and compile yourself. On the other hand, the next time i boot into WIndows i'll send you a new binary.
best greetings, Thomas
