Dear list,
Being a newbie on compiling I just followed all steps explained in doc, I installed TclTkAqua (I'm using Tiger 10.4.6), and compiled Pd, but later when runing ~/bin/pd, the terminal opens showing the following:
pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** error for object 0x594270: double free pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** set a breakpoint in szone_error to debug pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** error for object 0x594110: double free pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** set a breakpoint in szone_error to debug pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** error for object 0x5940c0: double free pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** set a breakpoint in szone_error to debug pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** error for object 0x594100: double free pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** set a breakpoint in szone_error to debug pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** error for object 0x594270: double free pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** set a breakpoint in szone_error to debug pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** error for object 0x594200: double free pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** set a breakpoint in szone_error to debug pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** error for object 0x5941b0: double free pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** set a breakpoint in szone_error to debug pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** error for object 0x5941b0: double free pd(111,0xa000ed98) malloc: *** set a breakpoint in szone_error to debug
Nevertheless, Pd seems to work fine. Is it normal the terminal to open and show that? Have I done something wrong maybe?
BTW Although the doc says that "Wish Shell.app" should be installed in the /Applications folder, when I installed TclTkAqua it only puts an alias file called "Wish Shell" in the /Applications/Utilities folder, leading to /Library/Frameworks/Tk.framework/Versions/8.4/Resources/Wish.app Is it OK?
Any advice will be appreciated, Thanks.
