as separeted floats...

[div 10] and [mod 10] can do this job. [div 11] and [mod 11] can do the job if you want numbers in base 11 instead of base 10, too.
Something like:
123 [t f f] [div 10] [mod 10] [t f f] [div 10] [mod 10] [t f f] [div 10] [mod 10]
(wires omitted in this "ascii diagram", hope it makes some sense)
You can also use convert/int2digits from the SVN version of the pdmtl abstractions
