One remark: You're on Windows, right? On Linux, which is more picky about case sensitivity, several of the objects don't create, because upper and lower case names don't match between the filenames and the object names, namely [polyWaveSynth] vs. PolyWaveSynth.pd (note: p != P). (I normally only use lower case names all over.)

I have no idea how that happened -- I'm on OS X, so I'm pretty careful
about case. Anyway, I uploaded a new archive with the right case:
