I just compiled fluid~ for OS X (10.5.7) and here it is the link where
you can find fluid~.pd_darwin for 10.5 and 10.4.

10.5 version is tested with Pd 0.41.4-extended and Pd-0.42-5,
remember that you will need to install FluidSynth library to make
[fluid~] work with Pd.

Yes but binaries for which architecture? Linux runs on a lot of different processors and they don't all have the same binary instruction set.
