I keep getting this error msg.when starting in realtime mode:
[root@localhost root]# pd -rt couldn't open MIDI input device 1 couldn't open MIDI output device 1 opened 0 MIDI input device(s) and 0 MIDI output device(s). OSS: requested audio buffer size 7056 limited to 4096 error: OSS: SNDCTL_DSP_CHANNELS failed /dev/dsp priority 98 scheduling enabled. memory locking enabled. priority 96 scheduling enabled. memory locking enabled. nchannels 2
I can't get any live sound into pd via adc~ but I'm able to play sound files in pd. I'm using a Powerbook G3 'pismo' with Yellowdog Linux 2.2 I've tried both the internal and external microphones. Any ideas?
I'll try again. Best Wishes, Nina
