I forgot to mention that my patch has its gui elements in different windows . so i was wondering : if its possible to control the size and position of a group of windows or subpatches from the language?
yes it's possible and it's "simple". however, you have to write code to achieve this yourself, using the language Pd. check the help-patches for the GUI-elements you are using, and look for [pd edit]. you will find all the info you need in there.
Sending a message in pd in real time?
ähm, Pd is all about sending messages in real time (and doing a bit of audio inbetween)
