Hi List,
getting strange startup behavior when specifying -jack and -audiodev 1 together, to avoid having to choose the audio settings after each start in the gui. Looks like this:
Pd version 0.39-2 compiled 19:12:29 May 19 2006
peter@gonzo:~/pd_dir/peter_37$ pd -jack -verbose -audioindev 1 Pd version 0.39-2 compiled 19:12:29 May 19 2006 port 5401 TCL_LIBRARY="/usr/local/lib/pd/tcl/library" TK_LIBRARY="/usr/local/lib/pd/tk/library" "/usr/local/lib/pd/bin/pd-gui" 5401 Waiting for connection request... ... connected 269287424 input ports not supported, setting to 32 Segmentation fault
(after using up all 500MB Ram, plus all swap space)
jackd is version 0.101.1-1
Has this happened to someone else?

This is definitely a bug. I think -audiodev flag is not supported together with jack. What are you using -audiodev 1 for ? You want to connect to a specific jack client ?
