Hi
I am experiencing problems when reading aiff files (.... not that I need them, but anyway). If I load a 1 second aiff file the length is reported as 44104 samples (rather than 44100 which is the correct length and the reported length if the aiff file is converted to .wav in an audio editor, which also reports the file as having 44100 samples). The direct impact is a clicking noise when (if) the sound is looped.
I might add that this is with PD 0.36 (in case something was fixed in the dev version)

just guessing: header?
i once also head problems with aiff files that produced a click because the filereader (i think it was sfread) interpreted a header (part of the header?) as samples.
