I couldnt find any accompanying documents klwith the pd-externals unfortunatly, which led me to the question whether its possible to stream audio from pd on the windows platform. (except ofcourse using the netsend object)

I am on the same problem Ot seems to work with readsf for a wav file although I still have problems with the speed Way to fast

Yes its possible with a number of different ogg and mp3 objects,
included in some distros, depending on which you are using. Here are
