no problem on OS X 10.10.5. when starting says comes from the net, do You want to open, say Yes and thats it. (Btw I have in System->security->app-download without restrictions)

the "normal" procedure on OS X is to right click (two finger click) on an app and open it via the appearing menu. that way you can open the app after you hit yes even if that option did not appear when just clicking on the app to open...

yep, and what i'm getting is that this normal procedure ain't working anymore, i have to do keep doing it forever - in vanilla 0.46-7 was fine like that
