Is there a way to convert the volume numbers of 0-100 to decibles, -99 to +12?
Is there a way to convert midi data to mouse pointer data? Specifically, i was messign around with scratcher~ today, real neat object, but it can only be controlled by the mouse. Is there a way to control it with like my midi wheels? Thanks -AP
there's a zscale object in the pdjimmies collection from sat. (http://tot.sat.qc.ca/eng/nslam.html) it can scale any range to any new range with an optional exponential value. also they have a db1 object for converting from gain to db, but they use a slightly different range (0-157) so that might not be helpful for you.
