just as a quick update for those that did not yet realize it. (there was a short discussion about this on the list about a year back, but i cannot find it)
bela, the low latency audio platform can run pd patches in two ways:
-through libpd, so all vanilla objects are supported
-through heavy which used to be an online closed source compiler that created optimized c code from pd patches (a substantial subset of vanilla objects) this service has recently been shutdown but the code has been opensourced. means you can run the heavy compiler locally!
