Hi, how can i give the armonic properties from one sound to another sound?
I need to apply the armonic properties from a sound to another percusive sound that doesnt has a defined frequency ( noise) .
Which is the best way of achieving this in pd?
cheers
F.
I would use Cross-Synthesis... if you are in pd-ext 0.43, replace [ezdac] with [output~]

Hey Flad, another possible way is a vocoder of sorts. You extract the fundamental frequency f of the harmonic sound via sigmund~, and assign the series based on f as values to a set of filters (f, 2f, 3f.... nf) through which you play the non-harmonic signal. Good luck,Eran
