hi derek,
i did a tutorial video on how to install pd-extended (ubuntu, mac, windows). i am in the process of making other tutorials for pdmtl (installation, state saving, sampler, gems).
each video is around 40mb (flv - flash video). i can do quicktime sorenson if needed. let me know if you want it. might be a good idea to put it on puredata.info too.
