xvinfo gives me something like this: Adaptor #2: "NVIDIA Video Interface Port" number of ports: 1 port base: 172 operations supported: PutVideo
does this mean i will have 172 xv's ? which would be enough if i could use it with pdp_xcanvas.
emmmm, no, this means in that case, you can only have 1 ( that's number of ports that matters, didn't i say that ? )
mm, should be there.. maybe a typo ?
i opened the help for pdp_xcanvas and get the following output: pdp_xcanvas 640 480 3 .
pdp_xcanvas is a hacked version of pdp_canvas that is not compiled in the official, the regular object id pdp_canvas ( or pdp_ocanvas, with overlay ).
