Hi,
If I create a numberbox and set its width to 1, then it behaves somewhat
like a toggle when clicked: if you click on it and its current value is
non-zero it changes to zero, and if it is 0 it changes to 1.
So you cannot click on it and write a number, which is nonsense, since
you could write any one-digit number (0-9).
Is there a way to override this behaviour?

Hello!
I'm trying to follow the instructions from this page:
http://puredata.info/docs/developer/BuildingPdForiPhone
i was happy when i read that it supposed to be easy thing to do,but...
my compiling process finishes with this:
Making all in man
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all-am'.
and i don't see anything in SRC folder...
anyway, i'm trying next step:
scp src/pd mobile@YOUR_IPHONE_IP:/tmp/
with my ipod touch ip and getting : Connection refused
lost connection
I'm not good enough in this kind of things to see where is the problem, so
may be there will be some advice?
Not sure if mailing lists support attachments, but just in case, whole
terminal verbalization is there...
Thank you!!
oh, this is my first post here, hope it's not rude or something. nice to
meet you too.

Hi people,
Anyone in Sydney this Wednesday, Thursday or Friday should come and check out
Detours and Destinations at the Sydney Opera House for some Pure Data goodness.
Detours and Destinations is an integrated multi-media arts project framing the
stories and experience of young people from the Blacktown and Campbelltown
areas.
Video and film, remix technologies, beat mixing and DJ culture, podcasts,
blogging, performance, stencil art and installation. The tech behind the
installation consists of a GrandVJ media server, dimmers full of profiles and
an Ableton session, all driven by OSC from participants interaction with five
netbooks running custom Pd patches, and a giant pressure sensitive dance floor.
If you're overseas or interstate you can check out the live feed. Send SMS's to
+61 427 265 985 or tweets to @detours_tweets and watch a massive projection and
bank of LCD TV's react to key words in your messages.
Check out http://www.sydneyoperahouse.com/detours
for times and details. Starts tomorrow!
For this project I have been funded by the Australia Council For the Arts,
Digital Culture Fund. Detours & Destinations is a joint project between
HEAPS DECENT, SHOPFRONT, the SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE and the Department of Juvenile
Justice.

D'oh!!! Of course, stupid me!!!
I was thinking about the one sample from the _past_ (which is nonsense)
instead of the one from the _future_
Thanks

Greetings Everyone,
I am trying to make a gaggle of objects and some of them have spun out with
rather long names ([renderDepthSelector] is one example). It seems helpful
to keep that name for the object (as it may make the thing more self
explanatory), but I would also like to make an option for it to form with an
abbreviation (say [rds]) analogous to the way [trigger] and [t] function.
Do any of you brilliant minds know how to do that by any chance?
Many many thanks in advance for your advice,
as always,

The 1 digit numbox *was* a tgl berfore tgl existed. I think the ability
remains for compatibility reasons.

Hi, I am experimenting with the model object.I see the example and the help, and they dont show the entire strip of the loading location. When I try to use it in a new patch, it cant even find the venus.obj file. I must be entering the adress incorrectly. I did it like this:camilocadavid/Library/Pd/Contents/Resources/doc/examples/Gem/data/venus.obj All the characters are identical. I even tried cutting it starting from Library, even Pd. Still didnt work
Please help.

"Take a break"
Hi list!
I'm experiencing a very annoying problem in my PD class. Many students have
snow leopard installed and when we try to create a pix_video object
pdextended crash. I tried with 0.42 and 0.41... it's the same.
Runnig Pd from a terminal this is the error:
2010-05-03 16:02:58.554 pdextended[3446:903] Error loading
/Library/QuickTime/DigitalVoodoo.component/Contents/MacOS/Voodoo_SD_DV10:
dlopen(/Library/QuickTime/DigitalVoodoo.component/Contents/MacOS/Voodoo_SD_DV10,
262): Library not loaded:
/Library/Frameworks/DigitalVoodooLib.framework/Versions/A/DigitalVoodooLib
Referenced from:
/Library/QuickTime/DigitalVoodoo.component/Contents/MacOS/Voodoo_SD_DV10
Reason: image not found
So, Voodoo_SD_DV10 is missing...but here we enter in the voodoo things
really because it exist and it is in the correct path with all the
permissions (to be sure I did a chmod 777)
And this problem is not about one computer but all the (fucking) snow
leopard distribution.
Am I alone on that?
Should I send a bug?
cheers
