What exactly? It loads fine and example from help creates sound here on Ubuntu 20.04.
The [fluid~] object just can't be created
I get those, too, also with Lucarda's version. The example from the help works anayway. Have you tested it?
I can't test it because of the " (Tcl) UNHANDLED ERROR" that crashes Tcl/tk so I can't see/use the patch anymore.
The " (Tcl) UNHANDLED ERROR" comes up when I try to create the [fluid~] object. The result is a weird blank box...

and https://netpd.org/~roman/tmp/fluid~/ gives me these error messages when I create the [fluid~] object:
fluidsynth: warning: SDL2 not initialized, SDL2 audio driver won't be usable fluidsynth: error: Unknown numeric setting 'synth.midi-channels' fluidsynth: error: Unknown numeric setting 'synth.polyphony' fluidsynth: error: Unknown string setting 'synth.chorus.active' fluidsynth: error: Unknown string setting 'synth.reverb.active' fluidsynth: error: Unknown string setting 'synth.ladspa.active'

plus a
(Tcl) UNHANDLED ERROR
I don't understand this error. What action exactly triggers it? When does it happen?
